Dr. Rakesh Bharti is a Ph.D. in Physical Education and Sports Science from the Karpagam University –Coimbatore Tamil Nadu India. He has done his UG and PG studies in Rani Durgawati Vishwavidyalaya (M.P). M.Phil from Alagappa University (Tamil Nadu)

He has served as Assistant Director of Sports in NMIMS University, Mumbai (Shirpur Branch) and Assistant Professor in Department of Physical Education SSS Institute Sitapur (U.P).

He always had a great passion for Sports and his mission is to promote and advance learning and knowledge in the area of Physical Education and Sports Sciences through innovative teaching and research.

He was an active University Cricket Team Member in the year 2006-07, and Served University Handball Team as a Captain in the year 2006-07 and 2007-08.

• Delivered more than 65 lectures at various National levels on various topics of Science of Sports.
• Published research paper in WESET at London in 2013
• Published research paper in WESET at Paris 2015.
• Published 27 Research Papers in various National and International Journals.
• Presented 17 Research Papers in Various National and International Conferences and Seminars.

He was a Handball Official in South Asian Games-2016 held at Guwahati. He is an Active Member of Professional Body – PEFI (Physical Education foundation in India)
