Dr Vineeta Diwan is an Assistant Professor in English in the Faculty of Arts and Humanities Kalinga University, New Raipur Chhattisgarh. She has done her MA in English Literature with MPhil, B Ed & Ph D in English literature and has more than 15 years of Teaching experience in renowned Educational Institutions including the first and oldest public school of Raipur, Rajkumar College estb. 1882 as a Senior Teacher in English Literature.

Dr Diwan is also the Chief Editor of Kalinga Buzz, the monthly newsletter of Kalinga University and has been the Convener and Co Convener of various webinars and online sessions on literary subjects and women empowerment.

She has presented and published multiple research papers in National and International Journals, has authored a book and book chapters. Her inclination in Interdisciplinary studies is reflected in additional courses pursued by her which includes a refresher course in History (MHRD) in Society and Culture in India and Certificate course in Human Rights , Centre for Human Rights and Environmental Studies, University of Delhi.

She has received an award for Women Empowerment presented by VSSS Chhattisgarh
