Dr. Monika Sethi Sharma is a Post Graduate in Economics and Business Management. She has 25 years of academic experience with the best of the Institutes & Universities across the country. She completed Doctor of Philosophy 17 years back in Training & Development and She is a recognized Guide and External Guide at a different Ph.D. Panels.

She is invited in various Universities pan India as External Examiner for Ph.D final Defense. Her three Research Scholars have been awarded Ph.D and 6 candidates are still pursuing under her able guidance.

As an academician, she started her career at Pt. Ravi Shankar Shukla University, then she joined at BITS-Pilani followed at BITS-Goa. She also served her academic duty at DIMAT, Raipur. Apart from her passion for teaching, she was heading Institute-Industrial-Interface & Management Development Program. She also served at SP Jain Mumbai and at IIM Raipur as Visiting Faculty.

Her leadership positions include her position as Head- School of Commerce and Management & Research ITM University Raipur where she brought the Institute from zero to one with her diligent efforts. She took over at UBS Mumbai as Director-PGDM(BD&I) and is currently working as Dean Commerce and Management and Director Incubation and Innovation Cell at Kalinga University Raipur.

As a teacher she has been honored with the “Best Teacher Award” in recognition of outstanding teaching. She was also rewarded with “Excellence Award '' at working and “Outstanding leadership Award” as a leader.

Her Research papers are published in Scopus and she is also a recipient of Best Paper Presenter award at International Platform (Malaysia). She has communicated more than 30 research papers in National & International Conference and more than 25 papers are published in National & International Journals.

She is also known as a Trainer at Management Development Programs & Faculty Development Programs in Public & Pvt. Sectors & Business Colleges across the country. She has conducted various National and International Level Conferences, Seminars and Workshop.

She is an Expert in Management Methodologies, Experiential learning, Innovations, and Creative teaching to meet Academic Excellence. Courses are designed Participant -centered & practical application-based like Organizational Behavioral Lab, Selling Skill and Case Writing Workshops are fields of excel.

She is an Entrepreneur focused on uplifting of student communities by connecting the dots and innovative ideas .Her area of expertise is to bring up Business ideas into real life business.
