Dr Sushma Dubey has over 14 Years Experience in Higher Education Teaching and Research. She has 4 Patents in her name and has total 35 Research Publications, 2 Books and 6 Books Chapters in National & International Journals and has 52 Citations. She has organised 2 Workshops and 6 Webinars.

She has attended more than 60 Webinars, 30 National/ International Conferences and 3 Quality Improvement Program-STTP.

She has guided 44 PG students for Projects and 6 PhD Students. She has also been an Editorial Board Member & Reviewer of 02 International Journals She has received 05 Appreciation Awards for Excellence in Research and Academics.
