Dr.Sushanta Kumar Sahoo is a Professor & Head in Department of Library and Information Science under Faculty of Science, Kalinga University, Naya Raipur, Chhattisgarh. He has over 21 years of experience in this field.

He has attended more than 15 Workshops and Training Programs, 10 Conferences/FDPs. He has published more than 10 Research and Review Papers in various National and International Journals. He has also organized National Workshop on Koha (ILMS) as convenor and also attended many seminars as Chief Guest.

He has authored one book entitled “Role of ICT in Academic Libraries” and also published 1 edited Book Chapter.

Dr.S.K.Sahoo is a Professional Expert in Library Automation, Digitization, Institutional Repository, Radio Frequency Identification, Cloud Computing, Artificial Intelligence, Resource Sharing and General Administration of library.

He is a Life Member of Library Professional Association like Management Library Network, Indian Association of Special Libraries and Information Centers.

He has qualified in Library Automation and Networking from National Institute of Science Communication and Information Resources (NISCAIR), New Delhi.
